Yes, you must provide proof of insurance naming The Manor on Saw Mill and Rob and Jennifer Wright as additional insured parties as part of the contract agreement. This event-day policy typically costs between $180-320 depending on whom you purchase it.

The first level of the barn, including restrooms, is ADA-compliant, and the ceremony site can be accessed by individuals with mobility challenges. We also provide a golf cart on-site to assist with transportation for those who need it. However, please note that the Farmhouse is not currently handicapped accessible.

When couples sign a contract, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required. This saves your date and ensures that no other events are scheduled. From there, we space out the next 2-3 payments with the final payment being due 60 days before your big day!

No, and yes, kind of. We provide you with some basic planning tools and a venue host that serves as a “go-to” person throughout your event. The host assists with answering questions from your vendors, directing guests, and responding to other venue-related needs. We also recognize that weddings are major events that can be overwhelming---so, we offer "next level" coordination services for those want to ensure all the details are ironed out, planned and attended to before, and during your rehearsal and wedding day. This is one of our only add-on services.
-
YES---our beautiful, renovated farmhouse sleeps eight, and may be available for rent for wedding party members. If interested, be sure to ask us about the optional add-on (we only have 2 add-ons). You can find photos of the farmhouse here.

We have two spacious, and really cool, restrooms inside the barn for the convenience of all guests and vendors. Additionally, the Farmhouse has 2.5 bathrooms; however, these facilities are reserved exclusively for the wedding party.
-
Fortunately (or unfortunately), we've already had plenty of experience with hosting weddings inside the barn...so...we've got you covered (literally and figuratively). We have a process in place to manage your wedding if Mother Nature isn't cooperating.

OF COURSE! We love a good party--bridal and baby showers, graduation, Quinceanera, retirements, birthdays, charity events... YES. Contact Jen at jennifer@themanoronsawmill.com to find out more about hosting these wonderful celebrations!
